The Kootenay Urban offers a modern twist on TruForm Tiny‘s Kootenay model. This custom tiny home was designed by the client using TruForm Tiny’s online design tool.
A 28-foot urban tiny home includes panel siding, a metal roof, and a built-in front porch. First, there is a bump-out at the back that provides space for a day bed while leaving the living room space open.
Then, the kitchen of Kootenay urban is equipped. It includes such as a full-size range, dishwasher, refrigerator, modern single bowl sink, and large pantry area. Additional storage space is built into the stairs, which lead up to the guest loft with desk and shelves.
Next, its bathroom includes a vessel sink, washer/dryer combo, composting toilet, and shower.
