Love it a lot, but the price – at $89,000 – is pretty high. You can build your own cabin for half that, with good quality materials. Though doing it on wheels… maybe more than half. Still… it’s hugely tempting. But, by the time you find/buy the lot and get utilities to it, you’re looking at upwards of $150,000, depending on where you want it. For that kind of money, you can buy a full-on house or a condo. Sure, you’ll pay taxes, but what… $1,500/yr? And that’s also a tax write-off. This thing needs to be at about $50,000 to make more sense, IMO.
