I love coming to this page and others and looking at all the different beautiful Tiny houses. The first time I saw the show I was hooked. I would love to live in a tiny house, it is my dream. I think about it night and day. The creators of them are so unique in their architectural designs. I am disabled and can’t work any longer due to a lot of my issues. I am trying to get help with building or buying a tiny house. I am only 45 yrs of age and have lots to offer. If your interested you can check out my web page. http://www.facebook.com/House4TammiDean If it weren’t for God and AA I don’t know where I would be. I am truly grateful to all. I love this home because I love color, gems, water all of it. It is so unique and beautiful.

    • Tammi, have a look at the large “sheds” and outdoor buildings in a Lowes parking lot. The ones around here are custom built, warrantied for 5 years (certain circumstances are outlined in your purchase contract) they ARE customizable and if you pour a concrete foundation for it to sit on…. Well, that’s what I did. Finished the interior with insulation & Sheetrock, rugs & paint, built in shelves, two entrance/exits, (with standard sized steel home doors) a window unit (in correct size) upstairs & infrared heaters for winter. It is doable!

    • Where are you? I am a general contractor that is looking to build a tiny home and only volunteer my time. I am not wanting to charge a dime for my time or skills. Just want to get involved in the movement.

  2. This is wonderful! The colored glass in the walls make the whole unit whimsical and festive. Love the mermaid theme. I’m just surprised this isn’t on a beach somewhere (like Hawaii). But, no matter. One could enjoy this happy little hide-a-way any place anywhere!

  3. very creative and it looks comfortable for someone who does not cook there. the kitchen area would be inadequate for me. thus I would want the house extended another 6-8 feet for a bit more kitchen and storage. I like that it was a real house and not a trailer. I could live there with a couple of dogs, but not another person.

  4. Love seeing this beauty here. The folks who built it are wonderful, too, and they will feed you if you visit! The amazing Peace of Art is the Organic Peddler right along main street in Del Norte. Slow down for the speed trap and duck in for the grace and harmony. You cannot miss yourself, being there. You simply cannot miss.

    • Where did they get all of the glass tubes, balls and bottles from? The bottles that are placed on their sides can’t be the thickness of the wall. Yet light is coming through them. Did they make the walls thinner in those spots. Are the bottles spouts cut off and 2 placed together? There also seems to be marbles or something small that the light is coming through. How can we find out how these steps were done?
