The four cosy Adhurst Estate yurts are hidden within the South Downs National Park and are part of the magnificent 450 acre Adhurst Estate. Raised off the forest floor and with plenty of home comforts, they embrace the true camping dream without any of the downsides. Double beds are topped with feather down duvets and woolen throws, while vintage furniture sits on thick wooden floorboards. Twinkling fairy lights add a touch of magic, joined by a wood-burning stove to keep everything toasty. Two additional camp beds provide room for the children, making these fanciful hide-outs suitable for up to four people.
Beyond the Adhurst Estate yurts, there are also a myriad of special glamping extras, including safari-style kitchens that have cold running water. With two-burner gas hobs and plenty of BBQ options, you can whip up a tasty evening feast or just a simple breakfast treat. An outdoor shower has lashings of hot water and an open roof looking up at the treetop canopy. A long drop composting privy is also on-site along with a modern bathroom out by the car park


The Chestnut and Birch yurts form the main camp and have a small shared woodland kitchen and access to the communal facilities. At 100 metres apart they have their own private setting but are also ideal for families or groups of friends to hire together.


The Rother and Willow yurts are separated from the main camp and offer a heightened level of privacy in a peaceful forest setting. Each has their own exclusive campfire with safari-style kitchen and access to the shared toilet/shower facilities. The luxurious Willow Yurt also has its own indulgent slipper bath for candlelit soaks and hot bubble baths.






If you want to discover some of nature’s best secrets then there are plenty of walks to enjoy right from your yurt-step.
Head along the winding river or down the enchanting coppiced paths to see the beautiful fauna and the flourishing wild flora.
