Very nice use of space. Love the curved stairway to the loft. I like the enclosed bedroom and the balcony. It is a good use of space. Good luck to your tiny home.
Beautifully executed layout! I love the staircase design which gives plenty of room on the main floor to move around without worrying about bumping into it. It looks very cozy and inviting. If I didn’t already have two vintage mobile homes, I’d go for this!
I also love how the curved ceiling allows for plenty of headroom in the loft and standing up without fear of getting a concussion, which many THs lack. Awesome!
Finally a tiny home that takes aerodynamics into account for ease of pulling. It makes a huge difference on fuel economy at highway speeds.

i love the curves in this house. the exterior is beautifully done. Love the yellow/red colors and the side awning. In the interior, I love the accent wall of the front door, but all the monochromatic/brown color is overwhelming me. From the exterior it looks like there are enough windows. But it feels a little dark with all the browns, like a couple of more windows at least would be nice. i would put a window in the door, in front of the sink, in the bathroom, and at least 2 sides of the loft for cross-breezes as well as light…. okay, probably a sky window too as I love skywindows in tiny houses/lofts! Having a washer/drying makes it worth having a toilet in the corner. I dont see enough closet space for long term living, oh well. Sorry to be nik-picky. Truly a beautiful job!
