For me, there are few things sadder than an Airstream that has been made into a permanent installation. Airstreams are supposed to roam, that’s the entire point behind their existence.
If you want a house, just built one.
For me, there are few things sadder than a completely ridiculous statement like you dropped. Airstreams can be whatever you want to to be. In this case an absolutely wonderfully designed vacation rental.
Unfortunately, many of these Internationals bite the dust and roam no more. That’s why you can buy the old ones needing restoration for very little money. To give something old a new life is wonderful. For it to be loved as much as this Airstream is obviously loved would make Wally proud.
Airstreams are just things. I doubt it is feeling sngst due to its permanent condition. Beside that what is sadder than wasting resources for a new build rather than honoring was can be re-made? I think I just saw the Airstream wink.

Isn’t that the whole idea with tiny living… that you design what you need? In this case, they repurposed a teavel trailer into an attractive home.
