@Renate Simsa – It’s called a bunkie because the whole thing is a bedroom. The website says it’s “designed to fit a queen bed, loveseat, folding desk/table and built in closet.”
Giant, glaring design flaw. The metal ceiling (which I’m assuming is the roofing material as well) it get’s cold at night. All the humidity inside the house will condense on the ceiling and rain on the whole place.
