  1. Love the outside looks of this TH; very New England. Love the spaciousness and open airy feeling. Love the staircase. LOVE the grand master bedroom loft; no banging heads on the roof line in the middle of the night! Could use a few things; a woman’s touch to make it more homey but other than this, it’s a great job and has lots to offer.

  2. i really enjoyed this tiny home!!! I love how you utilized your space and how there is a lot of light and the whole home was just so bright and shiny!!! Very nice job!!! Thank you for sharing with us!!! God bless you and yours and have a wonderful time in your tiny home!!!!

  3. I really like this one, especially the stairway, which for me would need a rail to feel comfortable. I would also require a rail up top so I didn’t roll off where the bed area is. Otherwise, I love the extra counter space, something most do not have. Everything is totally complete for a little house. We only need the basics anyway.

  4. This is a very nice tiny home. As another poster mentioned, a railing on the stairs would be a good idea. I would like to see this design tweaked some to add much-needed storage. Also, am wondering if the washer would go next to the cabinet under the stairs or would replace it?

  5. Love your design! In particular, the stairs to the loft and the tiny tub/shower combo! Oh to have a bathtub!! I am curious about the loft ceiling. Did you put insulation between the roof and ceiling? How do you vent your roof that way?
