This is the perfect sized home. Love it.
Love it. I, personally, would have my bed where the sofa is and use the loft for the TV room. But I like how open this house looks but still sectioned for different uses.

That loft is ridiculous. You need to be able to lift your head at least 80 degrees in a supine position to safely drink water, eat, etc.
the loft looks cozy. why would you need to do everything up there? its just for sleeping.
Not sure about having the loft above a kitchen. The grease from cooking coats everything over time.
