The Cocoa is another 20-foot tiny home based on the popular Mohican model. It features gorgeous wood finishes, stainless steel countertops, modern black hardware, and tons of storage.

This is built by Modern Tiny Living as a vacation rental for Try It Tiny.
In the living room is a sleeper sofa with storage underneath. A fold-down table and shelves are on one side of the sofa and on the other side is a shelf area that spans the width of the tiny home.

The kitchen includes a stainless steel countertop, deep single bowl sink with commercial faucet, two-burner cooktop, microwave, and small refrigerator.

Across from the kitchen is a closet with exterior shelving and a barn door leading into the bathroom. The bathroom includes a circular mirror, 32″x32″ shower, flush toilet, and open shelving.

Combination storage stairs/ladder leads up to the queen bedroom loft.

The Cocoa is a vacation rental and each cost was $59,000. It has the same functional layout of the original, but with a bright modern/rustic design throughout the interior.
