The 420-square-foot park model Dreamwood was created by Humble Houses in Germantown, Maryland. The luxurious single-level park model tiny house features a sleek, modern exterior.

As you first walk into the spacious Dreamwood tiny house you’ll see a barn wood feature wall that uses locally sourced 150-year-old wood. Rustic elements are blended with modern design throughout the house.

The kitchen of Dreamwood has a full-size refrigerator, gas range with microwave hood, dishwasher, and sink with gooseneck faucet. Its large island has a granite countertop that doubles as a table with room for up to four people. Upper cabinets and shelves provide a generous amount of storage space.

Around the corner from the kitchen is a washer/dryer combo and additional shelves.

The main floor bedroom has a custom Murphy bed that allows the room to be used as an office or workout room when the bed is folded up. On each side of the bed is a cabinet and shelves. The bedroom also has a sliding glass door and a rear entry door.

The bathroom of Dreamwood includes a corner shower with wood grain tile, river rock accent and shower pan, and glass surround. There is also a vanity with granite countertop, oval mirror, several shelves, and a Separette composting toilet.
