Swap out the horse trough for a bath tub and it looks livable. Love the living room space, and the way they use the volume of the space. Would still like to see the whole loft. But a winner.
Need some cabinets in the kitchen and a rail at the top int he bedroom so you don’t roll out and fall onto the first floor.

I think the sunk in living room in brilliant. I think I would leave the ‘bathtub’ in as its very cool. I could live in this tiny house no problem!! LOVE IT.
I like everything except the picture of the guy in the under floor storage : ) A few more inches,and he won’t be able to move I love the staircase ❤️
Not seeing fridge /stove.Is there a functional kitchen?
In the 4th picture, there is a fridge on at the end of the counter where the sink sits. Don’t see a stove though. Maybe there are a couple of those cook tops (induction heating things?) stored in one of the drawers?
I’d put a refrigerator in the space where the washing machine is and use the top for part of the counter space. The amount of space for the washer/dryer is not that different from a tiny fridge under the counter. Plus every bathroom needs a sink!!
Beautiful work, guys. Unsure why folks feel compelled to dump CRITICISM in the COMMENTS section under Tiny House Posts? Lead with something positive, people! Did anyone teach you the Golden Rule? If Tiny Houses are missing something, no need to justify your gigantic house full of material goods, just MOVE ON!
Would love to talk to these guys; have been to Brevard 2 summers in a row – have emailed them and posted on Facebook to try to get a tour of their houses, but no responses…..guess they don’t need my business.
Love the floor plan, kitchen and loft stairs, only Id like the sunken living room to be the kitchen. Lots of room for washer/dryer, frig, stove and cupboards. It is a little dark but you could open the raised area with sliding doors and remove that washer wall. Id could live with that!
