Love it to pieces! All I would add is an outside rail on the stairway. As that would be much safer for humans and doggies
It’s great to see a Tiny Home that is built for places with actual winter. The double heat source is a great idea. You can’t always be there to stoke the wood stove, so the additional propane stove is really practical. I also like the living space. I’ve never understood why a tiny house needs a full-size kitchen. This design seems just right.(for me)
I like the movable table like the minim. The storage looks nice, but if it were me I would make some of those cubby holes into drawers. Also don’t see anything for hang up clothes.
I also like the wood burning stove & fan, but I think putting it on top of wood maybe a mistake in the long haul. Maybe a piece of ceramic or something to shield the heat.

Pretty. I’m not much of a Porch Over Living Space guy, but this seems nice. I’d keep that porch space as sleeping quarters for peeps or for myself for the sake of convenience, and just build an easy porch on the side of the house. A smaller main window means a nice door next to it. Still, nicely done.
I truly dislike the way the exterior is done. I’d give it a nice coat of full cover paint myself. The inside is very nice but I have to say I will never understand putting dark outlet covers on a white wall! But that is an easy fix.
Is there any possibility of adding a washer/dryer to one of your designs?
I love this design so much. I can actually see myself living in it. The only thing I wonder about is if any of the windows upstairs are large enough to escape through if there’s a fire downstairs.?
