I see all these tiny houses on wheels with open shelves and things sitting on them and I think, “what do you do with all that stuff when you’re moving to the next place?” I imagine a lot of broken glass.
That being said, I really like this one. It feels fresh and clean.
I believe they call that “packing”, Samantha. Like you do in a car. ; )
Yeah, but that seems like a lot of work.
Though it does make sense if Douglas or Eve are right.
Generally speaking, unlike RV style trailers, these are only moved once. Being on wheels allows you to circumvent building codes rather than make them a truly mobile solution.
It’s beautiful, I worry about that sticking out portion of the roof when they are trying to tow it, though.
Its probably much like living in a traditional camper and moving it. You have to put dishes and heavy things down in the sinks, tubs, or in all available cabinets. Put things on the bed or couch to keep them cushioned. Even just setting stuff on the floor. It’s a process.
Awesome work!
This one just doesn’t look all that practical to me.
How is it not practical? It’s got a stove range, sink, toilet, shower, loft bed, and wood stove. It seems very practical to me!
Love the “Full Moon” bathroom design. Which came first, the design or the name?! 🙂
IF you hang your clothes where you bathe, you are going to get mold all over your clothes. Is there an air exchange in this TH? Is there an A/C? Any storage for hang up of clothes other than the bathroom?
hi Barbara,
The lady that owns this home is in Nova Scotia, Canada and I don’t believe A/C is a high priority in that part of the world.
Bruce
Is there a refrigerator?
nice……………………………..
