This stunning part of Wales is full of fabulous walking routes, so make sure you bring your hiking boots. The owners can lend you an OS map that covers the local area. Therefore, you can find your way around with ease. A number of routes are available right from your doorstep, whilst some are slightly further afield. Be sure to try out Stanner Rocks, Wurzel Wood, and Hergest Ridge, all of which are a short stroll from the cabin.

If you want to eat out or enjoy a drink in a lovely country pub, then you’ve got lots of options. The Harp is a 15-minute walk from your door and was voted the Pub of the Year in the UK in 2020. The Forest Inn is a 10-minute drive away and is one of the oldest pubs in Wales. Then, the Royal Oak, which is 2.5 miles away, is another pretty little pub with a nice beer garden.
