Man, that’s beautiful! I’d like a little more living space though. My question is always, “Where is the TV going to be?” Haha, I know, but I watch TV. On the wall is a deal breaker. On the wall means you haven’t planned your tiny house well enough. Or, my tiny house anyway. I want my TV to be in a normal spot for TV viewing. But this modern beauty could be modified. More living space for a TV, less kitchen.

How about a projection TV with the screen mounted on the edge of the bedroom’s floor? Then you could watch from the easy chair!
That sounds doable, but I’ve never seen one of those. Will I have to crane my head up? That’s what I’m afraid of. I just want to be a lazy-butt in the evening.

Beautiful little house. I like the kitchen. I’d rather jettison the permanent eating shelf to make more living space and use a fold-out table.
But my question is about the steps up to the loft that have storage underneath. Those thin pieces of material constructing the steps look like they would collapse under the weight of a grown person. Even if the owner is a small individual, might someone heavier come for a visit sometime?
At last. A bathroom without the damn toilet front and centre in the doorway. Love the design.
Of all the tiny homes I have seen on this site, this one I really like. It seams minimalistic but that does not take away the comfort level at all.
Although I would forgo the loft spaces and add a slide out for a bed room with a closet at the far end of the house to accommodate with the bath room and therefore get the kitchen away from the bathroom. In almost all of the floor plans I have seen that is 1 huge feature I have as my only pet peeve. The plans I see where the kitchen is the main focus at the front or rear wall and the bath at the other end.
It’s lovely. But only one person can get comfy in that living room and maybe it’s because i’m spoiled but I need a tv.

Looks really nice, but why not swap the kitchen so the steps lead up to the higher portion of the loft? Like the steps and storage, not enough emphasis on imaginative ideas for storage in most of these homes.
Just more evidence that simple is better and more beautiful. This would be very easy to live with. A tiny house doesn’t need to be a scale copy of a full-size house. Make it simple and keep it beautiful.
I love tiny houses but I have a condition that causes dizziness. I would need a bedroom on the first level.no loft
Judging by Shelter Wise’s other builds, the price to have this tiny house built by pros with all the same features as this model would be: $50,000 – $75,000. Where I live I could find a modern/contemporary 1/1 -2/2 bed/bath 500-900sf house or condo in a decent area for that amount.
People are just getting better and better at this.
