Historic Coastal Homes of Fragaria

I thought you would enjoy some photos from Fragaria, Washington in Kitsap County about an hour outside of Seattle on Puget Sound. The houses are not necessarily ‘tiny’ but most of them hover somewhere between 400-600 sf. Because of their proximity to Puget Sound they are grandfathered in and can’t be expanded, most of them were built between 1910-1925 The only large house you will see was the original turn of the century ticket office/grocery store (now a residence) left over from the days when Fragaria was served by a ferry.
