I have often had fantasies of not only a tiny home, but a tiny shop I could travel to festivals and markets with. I have seen tiny shops on this site, but this is the most fully realized and most beautifully designed by far. Books, plants, a lot of light and a cat, what more could you ask for?
According to the Facebook page, the price of this tiny shop/home to be built was 29000 Euro equals 32586.72:” 32.5k Excellent price. This was their first build and they gave him a break on the price if I read it correctly
It also says ” keys in hand, with a sign, pontoon and awning included.” (I don’t think pontoon means in French what we think of with the word pontoon. I am guessing it means the steps-porch)
the value of the shop is now 38500 Euro equals 43205 dollars. 43k. It weighs 3400 pounds. It actually appreciated. That’s nice to know. I hope the builders sell their plans.
