    • (Owner) About $75,000 all totaled – a lot of the cost came from some pretty extreme requirements by the city – like a full foundation (2 engineers stated it wasn’t needed that pier and beam would be fine) – a complete additional septic tank, erosion study, etc. I think it could have been a lot less and understand why tumbleweed tiny houses moved to a ‘mobile’ model for their house plans.

    • Certainly not too tiny for reality as it is a real house with real people living in it for years. It is about 200 square feet – the pictures are of the same space – there are a lot more pics on my site. The bed is in the loft (up the ladder). The pictures featured on the site were before it was lived in – I assure you it is fully functional with posessions. A shelf and hanging rod was added to the downstairs room. There is a 3′ crawl space under the entire house for storing things (and the hot water heater).
