  1. One of the best looking Tiny Homes I’ve seen on the outside, but even though it’s nicely designed on the inside the style of the interior leaves me a little flat.

I also hate loft beds, but that’s a personal opinion after having lived in one for a couple years.

  2. This model is gorgeous – the exterior could not be prettier; the kitchen and bath are especially wonderful, the dormers are terrific, and the grasscloth wallpaper is beautiful and different from the usual raw, painted, or polished wood surfaces one sees so often.

Perhaps the loft over the kitchen might have extended to the edge of the closet to unify the front edge? Or, one might be inclined to cut back that closet to the edge of the loft and use the space for a narrow spiral stair no bigger than those crafted by Zack Giffin of Tiny House Nation fame. Then the remaining closet space could be accessed instead via the kitchen side.

Still, it’s hard to improve on this house. The cost is justified by the finish work and appointments which clearly compare favorably to less expensive tiny homes. If one is planning a Tiny House as a permanent solution – e.g. for retirement — the aesthetic appeal of this space would make a real difference over the long term.
