Not only is the ‘house’ grand in design, materials and locale, but the furnishings are evocative of an era past, close to my heart. Beautiful – a gorgeous life is lived here.
wow it looks tiny but has so many amenities: bathroom, shower, kitchen, bedroom, sitting area. Wonder how big it is.
Thanks Moira – we try and make sure we think of everything, so our guests can come by train and not have to bring too much luggage! It is very bijou – 24 feet by 8 feet, so great for couples or single people, and very popular for short breaks. We’ve got much bigger carriages – two more in St Germans with two bedrooms, and a traditional 1950’s compartment coach in Hayle. This is our tiniest carriage and lovely at this time of year with the spring bulbs and camellias.
