Nice work, Perry! Good attention to detail. I especially like the water filter/pump station and the leveling gauges. I’d recommend changing the kitchen counter tops. Food and water will become trapped in the wood grooves.
Washing pots and pans in a bar sink is a huge pain. I know from experience.

As a kitchen designer, I noticed a few things: there are no drawers for your flatware nor cooking utensils; the countertops made of beadboard will catch debris and be difficult to clean and the grooves allow a path for fluids to pass under the lip of the sink and the edges of the cooktop; the bar sink is too small to wash a pot; the refrigerator is a coil-less design in which the sides of the unit get warm and dissipate the heat pumped from the interior and therefore needs good ventilation all around or it will run quite inefficiently until the day the stress of pumping heat out where there is no place for it to vent will kill the refrigerator. The workmanship in the home is excellent, it’s all very beautiful and the thoughtfulness put into the RV-style systems FAR exceeds industry standards. The kitchen could be fixed with laminate countertops and a few vent holes drilled in the refrigerator enclosure would solve the rest.

I agree with Phil. Not the best choice for counter tops. I dont see the window seat working very well either, do you put cushions against the window to sit? Over all though a very nice home.

Unfortunately, I agree. My first thought was that the builder obviously isn’t used to cooking or cleaning. It is a beautiful home but yes, the tongue and groove is not a good choice for a kitchen or bathroom countertop. All the crud is going to get down in those groves and will be the cause of much cursing. But I DO love the house.
Just use a thick cutting board on the kitchen top or cut a thin masonite board (plywood) for top of the kitchen counter. It will be fine. It matches the whole set up and looks good. Everything can be fixed easily if there is anything to be fixed. All is good. I adore it. Well done.
