The Redwoods Treehouse was part of an advertising campaign for the Yellow Pages. It is located near Warkworth, north of Auckland, New Zealand.
This treehouse restaurant on the edge of a redwood forest was designed by Pacific Environment Architects, Ltd. Access to the Treehouse is provided by an elevated tree-top walkway built using redwood milled on site. The vertical fins and slats are built from sustainably grown pine and poplar.

The restaurant operated from December 2008 to February 2009 as part of a Yellow advertising campaign. The landowner now intends to use it as a venue for weddings, parties and corporate functions.

The Redwoods Treehouse is a unique and versatile venue. The pod itself holds 30 guests at seated tables or 50 guests for a stand-up function.

The venue is fully licensed and has a dedicated private road entry. All catering must be organised through one of our three preferred suppliers, to ensure your experience with us is as special as it should be. All you need to do is choose your menu then sit back and enjoy this first-class venue.

Surprisingly, the striking pod-shaped structure built ten meters high in redwood trees is very popular in New Zealand. It is an unusual treehouse as it serves as a restaurant for events.
