Very nice. Perfect for one person, like a student. I think there is room for a washer-dryer, which I would def add.
I would also add a ceiling fan in the kitchen, and a solar panel on the roof.

a wonderful initiative, I whole heartedly support. It might be useful to have a second floor plan too: many homeless for many years have health issues making a loft bed inaccessible, in my experience.

Very pretty tiny home.
really a good idea for someone who does not wish to spend all their money on property. living mortgage free with no room to store superfluous goods. being forced via space constraints to simplify makes sense to me. Why wait for retirement to “downsize”? I find myself using most of our square feet to house things. I would rather just provide shelter to our lives, not our goods.
