This is a lovely integration of “work” and “home” – there is little to differentiate what activities can happen where, which is the way things happen. You just don’t think about work at the office. You just don’t think about your family and friends at home.
The thing I like best about this is the connection to the outdoors. Quite often when looking at pictures of artist studios, you see blank white walls and spattered floors, all skylit. Here you see the space to work, and the gorgeous outdoors. Less insular, more integrated.
