The Edge is the home that is nestled alongside a cliff in Cornwall, England. It was is constructed in a sustainable manner with plenty of wood. While we always love some mansions, this cliffside beach cottage is definitely one of our favorite waterfront properties.
The home sprawls over 320 square feet, and features a living room in one corner, a kitchen in another, the porch in the third, and of course the bedroom in the fourth corner.
Above: The living room is facing the wide ocean. Staying here is a total bliss watching the sunrise and sunset from this area of the cottage.
Above: What we love most of The Edge is the beach facing porch. The huge porch makes a perfect spot for drinking wine or coffee.
Moreover, a perfect place to spend dinner with family. Who does not want to spend a date on this most romantic place?
The home’s bathroom is located between the porch and the kitchen.
With only one bedroom, this little cottage is certainly smaller than most hillside homes with ocean views, but what it lacks in size, it makes up in charm.
Finally, the splendid and yet somewhat minimalistic interiors are bound to be of everyone’s liking. A lovely terrace made out of wood allows for romantic and quite memorable meals with your loved ones. You can find bull’s eye windows throughout the house, even indoors, making it a crucial part of the maritime theme.
I would love to know where this is and who built it and how much???? I love it. Adore it! and have been looking for options like that for a small island in Washington State. Any info would be appreciated.
