By the way, your description in the e-mail of “clapperboard” is a little off. It should be clapboard, or claboard, I think. A clapperboard is the thing they use to start a take on a film. Not clabberd, which is something you do to curdle cream.

We are getting ready to do a renovation on our kids pool house to move into. It look almost like your house from the out side. What is the square footage? The pool house right now is completely open. There is a little under 500 square. We are raising the ceilings for a loft guest sleep area. Love your cottage.

Why no answer to all the inquiries concerning floor plans and dimensions? One would think that customers or potential customers would deserve a reply. I would also like to receive information on the floor plans and dimensions. I really hate trying to estimate by looking at the lengths of boards and the size of appliances in the photos… that isn’t as accurate. Thanks

Looks like the kind of house you would find in Carmel or Laguna Beach. Nice very very nice. Needs a stove or fireplace in the bedroom.
This place is a dream! One question….why two front doors? Is there a double shed that was put together? Sure would love the plans to this. If you’ve ever downsized or purged your material things, you see how freeing it is. (I’ve done it twice, but the stuff keeps piling back). If you get a tiny house, then there’s no place to grow, so you’re forced to live minimally.
