The Rumspringa is 289-square-feet including the loft. There is also a few bedroom upgrade options available, including a lift bed (+$1,000) and a Murphy bed (+$1,500). In early 2018 the team at Liberation Tiny Homes reached out to its Facebook and Instagram followers to discuss what it would take to create an affordable tiny house while still offering finishes and amenities that were important to their followers. The result of that discussion is this farmhouse style 24-foot tiny home named the Rumspringa.
The exterior is clad in LP Smartside siding and a galvalume metal roof. Anderson 100 Series windows and a full light entry door with internal blinds provide plentiful natural light.

Inside the Rumspringa are vinyl plank floors and solid oak butcher block countertops. A fold-out bar for two sits in front of a window and matches the counters.

First, there is a living room that is located under the bedroom loft and has room for a large couch. The couch shown in the pictures below is a Wayfair storage couch that converts into a bed ($700).

Second is the galley kitchen includes a drop-in propane cooktop, refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and open shelving.

Then, the queen size bedroom loft has double dormers and wall sconces on either side of the bed. The storage stairs are an available upgrade (+$800) and have oak treads.

Lastly, the bathroom is built at the front of the trailer and there is a bump out over the tongue of the trailer for the vessel sink. The bathroom also includes a 32″x32″ fiberglass shower, flush toilet, and shelves next to the sink. There is also a storage loft over the bathroom.

The Rumspringa starts at $45,000. Its model shown below is priced at $45,800 since it has storage stairs instead of a loft ladder.
