  1. The interior layout seems nice and adequate too. Seems light and airy. Hard to tell though when it’s empty. I like the access to the one loft with stairs – up thru the floor. Makes good sense. I know this is supposed to have a hip Lifeguard theme – – but – – come on! What a phenomenal waste of space and use of heavy bulky wood on the silly front porch. That wrap around area is really not even useable. Well – – there’s my .02

  2. I also agree with the front porch – I’m not sure what purpose it serves. You certainly can’t sit on it! I’m not even sure what that internal space would be for? I mean – it seems small and awkward. A lot of bulky weight without any purpose.

I also have to ask…where are the closets? Am I the only person who owns clothes that have to be hung up? Even if I only had a week’s worth of business clothes…I would still need to hang some clothes.

  3. Very nice, only criticize the top step, and lack of handrail. However it may not be totally finnished. PS fill the last 3 screw holes on the rear steps. LOL Well done from another TH Builder.

  4. TTHOM2 is right. You can do a theme without slavishly duplicating a lifeguard station. Just a couple touches. People WILL get it without being beaten over the head with it.
