Why does it need 2 air conditioners? The minisplit and the portable.
That is the same loft at two different times apparently… I guess they upgraded to the mini split.
It looks like they replaced the window a/c with a mini-split.

Not bad like the two lofts like tubs not showers but besides that not bad
Ingenious idea on the steps but I couldn’t get to the lofts that way. Just not something an older person could navigate.
I agree. I’m not a Spring chicken either, and when I see a loft, that’s the kiss off. I don’t want to break a hip just trying to get into bed!
Otherwise, I really like this tiny house!
