This house! The “basement” bedroom, or “inverted loft”, makes a lot of sense when climbing many stairs or ladder rungs becomes a burden for us oldsters. The “upstairs loft” is useful, too, as it can be used for visitors and/or storage.
Very unique design! I have never seen this use of space before and I think it is quite clever.
It makes for a lot of open living space, and cozy sleeping spaces.
I love this one! The low office loft is delightful and exactly what I have in mind for my own tiny home, with a cozy retreat underneath. It’s perfect. Allows for a nice, open common space as well without being limited to one couch. The upper loft seems nice and bedroom-like too. Really charming. Thanks for sharing.
I would have more trouble getting up off the floor in the lower bedroom than climbing stairs to the loft but I really like the upper living space. I could see setting it up with a daybed so I could sleep there as well as use it for a living room and that whole lower level would be just about right for my sewing machine and fabric storage. Very versatile design.
This is one of the best layouts I have seen. Like the idea of different areas: Kitchen/bathroom/sleeping/lounging (TV)/computer area/washer dryer. Rolling stairs is great. Very colorful and playful. Love all the wood in bathroom and ceiling. Great tiny home — I could def live in this. Great job and thanks for the inspiration. Just wish there were places one could live.

I love the red of the exterior, the 2 textures of siding, the wonderful curved roof-line, I have only seen that in the lillypad tiny house. the real french doors instead of the sliding glass doors.

Wow, just WOW! This is one of the BEST floor plans I’ve ever seen in a THOW and one I would wholeheartedly embrace for myself. Everything just flows together harmoniously–the colors, the furnishings, choice of wood, EVERYTHING. If you ever decide to sell, consider me first in line for this!

I’ve stayed in a tiny house with a lower sleeping area and upper living room and LOVED it! Since then it’s been the core of my design, but you’re the only other house I’ve seen like this. Looks like it worked well for you!
