Looks like to be used as guest quarters or hotel room setup. There are suitcases in the drawing that imply temporary lodging. 🙂

I like it! It clearly says ‘A tiny house ranging in size between 130-345 square feet’ so it’s obvious (to me, at least) that you can have various layouts. Some people may not want a kitchen if they’re not going to use it.
Home? There is no kitchen so where did the food come from?
I love the organization of the bathroom with the closet next to it. Just make the bed a Murphy bed (for daytime storage) and add a kitchen and I’m there!
