Very cool looking, but is the toilet really in the kitchen area? Kinda weird.
I have to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of the shared kitchen/bathroom space.
was enjoying the architecture and ideas of these images until I reached the bathroom. would never have expected a photo of person with their pants pulled down and chest exposed. would like to suggest blurring the image to keep this family friendly – my whole family (kids included) like to follow the tiny house movement.
Really? What is so scary to you or your children about a human body?
What is the cylindrical item outside of your house? Is that a water tower?
Looks like rainwater collection tank.
It’s called a cistern and it’s use to collect water for domestic use.
I Think That it collect the rain water from the roof and starage in the tank! My concern is WHY IS THE BATHROOM AND THE KITCHEN TOGETHER! OMG!
Those are 100 gallon cisterns to capture the rainwater from the cabin roofs.
Hi Cynthia! That’s a cistern. Sort of like a water tower, yes (without the tower part.) See how it’s hooked in to catch the runoff from the covered raingutter? These are common in off-grid / dry climate (or both) sites.
Toilet and cooking/eating area in same room? No, no, no. A simple wall to separate the two….
how hard is that?
