I love this wee house. It is small but seemingly meets all needs! Many of the small houses are not nicely decorated and/or furnished. This one is wonderful.

Love this! So simple and has plenty of privacy. Definitely in my top 2 retirement home plans.
I really like it! How does it handle minnesota winters? Is there a bathroom in it?
I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE PRICE OF THIS HOME. DO YOU DELIVER IN MISSISSIPPI?
THANK YOU,
BENTLEY CRAIN
How can I get prices..I love these!!
The cost listed on the architect’s website says it was $165k completed.
The cost in 2005 was $165,000 complete. There is a bathroom. It’s located in Two Harbors, Minnesota, by Duluth and is a rental, for $230/night.
What is the width and length of this house??
Does anyone know if this house is rentable for a vacation?
